Horizon Launcher Updates

The Horizon launcher automatically updates itself without requiring manual intervention. On Linux, users can install the executable via a .AppImage file after making it runnable. For Windows and macOS, the launcher runs directly from an unpacked archive or application package; on macOS specifically, the executable is named Horizon.app. Account credentials are preserved if no wallet key is available during login.
